DTM Builds is expanding in the DFW market. We’re hiring driven individuals who are comfortable talking to homeowners, following a sales process, and earning based on production.
You’ll learn how to generate leads, inspect roofs, identify storm damage, work insurance claims, and close roofing projects the right way.
Roofing or sales experience helps, but it’s not required if you are coachable, consistent, and willing to work.
This is not for everyone. It requires effort, consistency, and accountability.
