I didn’t start this company because I wanted to “sell roofs.” My background comes from working on real properties – renovating homes, managing construction projects, and investing my own money into the places my family and I live. When you’ve personally put your own capital, time, and effort into a property, you begin to see construction differently. You care about structural integrity, durability, and doing the work correctly the first time.
That mindset is what shaped DTM Builds. My family lives here in this community, just like the homeowners we work with. We drive the same streets, our kids grow up in the same neighborhoods, and our reputation lives here too. When we take on a project, the goal isn’t just completing a job, it’s protecting a home the same way we would protect our own. That means clear communication, disciplined execution, and work that holds up long after the project is finished.
